Terms & Conditions

By registering for classes or private sessions with Rewyoga at KOA Fit, you agree to the following:

Scheduling & Cancellations

    ●    Private sessions require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

    ●    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

    ●    Group class registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another class when notice is given at least 24 hours in advance, if space allows.

Health & Participation

●   You are responsible for participating within your own physical limits.

   ●    Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or changes in your health before class or your session.

   ●    Participation is voluntary, and you assume responsibility for your own well-being during all classes and private sessions.

Liability Waiver

By participating, you acknowledge that movement and exercise involve inherent risks. You voluntarily assume these risks and release RewYOGA, KOA Fit, their instructors, employees, and affiliates from liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from your participation, except where prohibited by law.

Photography

Occasionally, photos or videos may be taken for educational or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let your instructor know.

Policy Updates

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the current policies.
